Our primary shipping partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC and others. The specific carrier used will depend on your location and logistics considerations.

Delivery times vary based on the destination, but most orders are delivered within 7 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors such as customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there are delays in processing your order due to high demand or inventory issues, we will notify you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive based on the selected shipping method:
- **Domestic Orders**: Typically delivered within 6-10 business days after processing.
- **International Orders**: Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically take between 10-14 business days. Please note that delays in customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Please be aware that delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may vary.

5. Shipping Costs

At MyUrbanLoom.com, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that for international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may still apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our website or through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

 If you have not received it, please write to us at support@myurbanloom.com within 48 hours of placing the order.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may be applicable depending on the destination country. MyUrbanLoom.com is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package. If the customer prefers to cancel the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If your shipping address falls within these categories, please provide an alternative address during checkout.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@myurbanloom.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

What will happen if tracking details show a product delivered but the customer has not received it?

It is a rare case as the product is usually received by family members, neighbours, and flatmates or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases, we will refund the total amount to the customer after adequately investigating the case, which takes 10 working days.

If you get the notification for the delivery of the order and have not received the product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.

11. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and will depend on whether your order has already entered the shipping process.
